The terms that govern your use of EndGol Therapist Hub.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of EndGol Therapist Hub (the "Service"), whether through the staff dashboard or the client portal. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EndGol Therapist Hub is a practice-management tool for mental health therapy practices: scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, secure client messaging and forms, and a client-facing portal. The Service is a software tool, not a healthcare provider, and does not itself provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Service is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in crisis or in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on the platform, including its messaging or scheduling features, for urgent or emergency communication.
The practice and its licensed staff â not EndGol â are solely responsible for the clinical care provided to clients, the accuracy and appropriateness of clinical documentation, compliance with applicable professional licensing and ethical standards, and compliance with HIPAA and other health-privacy laws as the Covered Entity. EndGol provides the software tools; it does not supervise, review, or take responsibility for the clinical judgment exercised by any practice or therapist using the Service.
You agree not to:
Where a practice enables online payments, invoices and card payments are processed via Stripe under Stripe's own terms of service. Each practice sets its own appointment cancellation policy, including whether same-day cancellation is permitted and whether a same-day cancellation fee applies; that policy is shown to clients at the time of cancellation and is set and controlled entirely by the practice, not by EndGol.
Clinical information entered into the Service is confidential and protected under applicable law. Practice Users agree to access and use client information only as necessary to provide or support care, consistent with their practice's policies and professional obligations. Client Users agree to keep their own login credentials confidential and not to share access to their portal account with unauthorized third parties.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you or your practice input), is owned by EndGol and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Clinical and account data you or your practice enters remains owned by the practice (or, where applicable, the client).
A practice may terminate its account at any time. EndGol may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or as required by law. Upon termination, a practice's data will be handled in accordance with applicable data-retention obligations and the practice's Business Associate Agreement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndGol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or from any clinical decision made using information stored in the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to practice administrators and, where appropriate, shown within the application. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to your practice (for questions about your care or portal account) or to EndGol Therapist Hub support through the Help page.
